Trucker Classic General Information
THE 2007 TRUCKER CLASSIC HAS BEEN CANCELLED
Established in 1984, the Trucker Classic is one of Tidewater's oldest Band
Competitons. It is held at Churchland High School's Strickland Stadium in Portsmouth,
Virginia.
The Trucker Classic has provided a quality competitive program for high school
bands from all over the state of Virginia and North Carolina.
Churchland High School Marching Truckers hosts this annual event in order to
promote healthy competition between area bands and to provide an arena for
learning as well as a fund raiser to support our band.

The Trucker Classic Invitational Marching Band Competition is held at Churchland High School's Strickland Stadium, 4301 Cedar Lane, Portsmouth, VA.

Registration
Entrance Fee: $100.00
Classifications:
Class A: 0 – 50 players
Class AA: 51 – 75 players
Class AAA: 76 – 120 players
Class AAAA: 121 and above
Awards:
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place band in each class
- 1st and 2nd place percussion, auxiliary, drum major in each class
